Pésimo servicio. Siempre les falla el internet cada mes dos a 6 días te quedas sin servicio por alguna falla, pero puntuales pa cobrar.
Terrible service. The internet always fails every month for two to 6 days. You run out of service due to some failure, but you need to pay for it on time.

Pésimo Internet nada recomendado, nunca atienden las llamadas y cuando las contestan quedan en mandarte el soporte técnico, que si tienes suerte llega en tres días. la ultima vez llegaron un mes después de la llamada y no exagero. Según tienen el paquete de 10 mega bites pero la red es demasiado inestable olvídate de jugar maincra sin lag xd. Y en whatssap te dicen que marques al soporte técnico me parece una burrada que pongan whatssap como forma de contacto en su sitio web, espero que le pongan empeño a su trabajo o si no sus clientes se irán a su competencia (INANET) ESPERO QUE MEJOREN ESOS PROBLEMAS POR QUE ES UNA EMPRESA QUE AL PESAR DE QUE ESTA EMPEZANDO, LE FALTAN MUCHOS ASPECTOS POR MEJORAR
Poor Internet nothing recommended, never answer the calls and when they answer they are left in order to send you the technical support, that if you get lucky it arrives in three days. The last time they arrived a month after the call and I do not exaggerate. As they have the 10 megabit package but the network is too unstable forget about playing maincra without lag xd. And in whatssap they tell you that you mark the technical support I think it's a shame to put whatssap as a form of contact on your website, I hope they put effort to your work or if your clients will not go to your competition (INANET) I HOPE TO IMPROVE THOSE PROBLEMS BECAUSE IT IS A COMPANY THAT, AFTER IT IS STARTING, HAS MISSED MANY ASPECTS TO IMPROVE

Pésimo servicio deverdad!! no es un costo economico para que dures mas de 15 dias al mes con el servicio pesimo y no obstante con eso se comunica el técnico para decirme que mi servicio esta exelente y estable que la lentitud es porque tengo varios dispositovos conectados y al hacer la prueba me marca menos de 1 mega por ese mismo detalle !! Somos clientes no nos estan regalando el sevicio señores minimo atiendan con amabilidad lastima toda la gente que meti en esa empresa mediocre !!! Ahora no queda mas que visitar a profeco creo que llendo mas de 15 clientes que he ingresado algo tiene que suceder !!!

pésimo? es el peor servicio que existe. no dan soporte, la atención es pésima no contestan y se aprovechan por que en algunas colonias no hay otro servicio que entre .y eso si quieren el pago puntual como si su servicio fuera el mejor

siiii se pudiera ni una estrella le daba pésimo servicio buenos para cortar el servicio si te pasa de un día para pagar. Hoy tienen exmane mis hijas de la universidad y al técnico le vale pero eso me pasa por contratar internet chafa. NO LO CONTRATEN SE VAN ARREPENTIR ES SUPER MALO a pero quién chingados me tiene a huevo con ellos verdad pésimo servicio neta no lo contraten del me funciona bien 15 días y los otros 15 te la pasas batallando porque baja mucho la señal y no sirve para ni madre

no me parece que teniendo un paquete carisimo de 500 por 8 megas no me llegue ni uno lo peor es que ya van 2 semanas ire a profeco ni llamar ya que no contestan

No les daría ni una estrella, se las doy porque de otra manera no me deja publicar. Pésimo servicio, hay un ingeniero que es el que medianamente se rescata en cuanto a que te contesta la llamada. me han dejado en espera hasta 20 minutos y luego me cuelgan. Las señoritas están desesperadas por colgarte, son burlescas y dicen cualquier cosa por terminar la llamada y que no las interrumpas. muyyy mal en verdad, da impotencia tener que aguantarlos porque en donde estamos no hay otra opción. Deja tu del mal servicio, la ACTITUD :( No tienen ni idea de lo que es tratar con respeto y seriedad al cliente.
I wouldn't give them a single star, I give them to them because otherwise they won't let me publish. Terrible service, there is an engineer who is the one who is moderately rescued as soon as he answers the call. They have left me on hold for up to 20 minutes and then hang up on me. The ladies are desperate to hang up on you, they are mocking and say anything to end the call and don't interrupt them. Really bad, it's helpless to have to put up with them because where we are there is no other option. Leave your bad service, the ATTITUDE :( They have no idea what it is to treat the customer with respect and seriousness.

Un servicio deficiente, de 7 días de la semana falla 5 es una pena ya que ni económico es, esta en el promedio de su competencia.
A poor service, 7 days a week fails 5 is a shame since it is not even cheap, it is in the average of its competition.
