★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bien, realmente no tengo como tal un problema con el lugar. Puedo omitir el hecho de que no tengan sanitarios y que el lugar sea pequeño. Más sin embargo falta un poco de capacitación para los empleados. La atención no es mala del todo. Ya que, cumplen con su trabajo de tomar pedidos pero, no van más allá. En un caso muy personal no consumo cafeína por la noche porque simplemente no podría dormir por ello. Y por lo mismo, terminé pidiendo algo que realmente no se me antojaba. A qué quiero llegar con esto? Pues resulta que si manejan bebidas descafeinadas. Y yo le dije directamente a la chica que no podría tomarme el capuchino que me ofrecía por el tema de la cafeína. Así que, no era un misterio para ella que era de mi preferencia algo descafeinado. A demás, al momento de que me entregaron, me sirvieron en un tamaño más grande al que pedí, y obviamente esperaba que se hiciera a la responsabilidad de resolver ese detalle. Ya fuera; dármelo y asumir la diferencia de costo ella ó entregarme lo que pedí. Pues en vista de que ni una ni otra, le pedí que me cobrará la diferencia, así lo hizo, a lo que procedí a pagar con un billete de 100 y no tenían cambio. Nuevamente no pudo resolver el problema por su cuenta y para no detener más la fila, terminé pidiendo un sándwich (que no quería) solo para que me pudiera dar mi cambio. En general muchos detalles a mejorar en cuanto a la pericia de atención al cliente.
Well, I don't really have as such a problem with the place. I can leave out the fact that they don't have restrooms and the place is small. More however lacks a bit of training for employees. Attention is not bad at all. Since, they fulfill their job of taking orders but, they do not go further. In a very personal case I don't drink caffeine at night because I just couldn't sleep because of it. And for the same reason, I ended up ordering something that I really didn't want. What do I want to get with this? Well, it turns out that they do handle decaffeinated beverages. And I told the girl directly that I couldn't have the cappuccino she offered me because of the caffeine issue. So, it was no mystery to her that I preferred something decaf. In addition, at the time they delivered me, they served me in a larger size than the one I ordered, and obviously I expected them to take responsibility for resolving that detail. Already out; give it to me and assume the difference in cost or give me what I asked for. Well, given that neither one nor the other, I asked him to charge me the difference, which he did, to which I proceeded to pay with a 100 bill and they had no change. Again he couldn't solve the problem on his own and in order not to hold up the line anymore I ended up ordering a sandwich (which I didn't want) just so he could give me my change. In general, many details to improve in terms of customer service expertise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar agradable, limpio y con buen servicio. El lugar es relativamente nuevo, las mesas estan bien distribuidas y tiene una sala muy cómoda con una par de mesas. La oferta de alimentos y bebidas es variada, los precios considero que estan dentro de lo normal. Los chicos que atienden son eficientes y atentos. La marca de chocolate que utilizan para sus bebidas, es Rey Amargo.
Nice place, clean and with good service. The place is relatively new, the tables are well distributed and it has a very comfortable room with a couple of tables. The offer of food and drinks is varied, the prices I consider are within the normal range. The guys who serve are efficient and attentive. The brand of chocolate they use for their drinks is Rey Amargo.
