F	Federico Lebrón on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over an hour waiting for a US$100 cab from Cancun airport to Tulum, that was constantly "10 minutes away". I'm actually still waiting as I write this - if you never hear from me again, I died waiting at the terminal. RIP.

We had to pay extra for the trip to our hotel and then they left us at the hotel and gave the receptionist a “no show” ticket for the return flight. None of the phone numbers for this company worked and no one responded to our emails. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Beware this company is fraudulent we paid round trip fare and they left us stranded at our hotel on return trip to the airport. Luckily, we paid with a credit card so we can dispute the charges. Do not ever pay with cash. They will take your money and run. We had to pay another taxi service to bring us to the airport. Do not use this company they will take your money, leave you stranded, and they will not answer phone calls!! Beware!!!
K	Kathy E. Sanati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 900 Pesos for a 20 minute cab ride from Cancun Airport!! Never got ripped off so badly in my life! That is double of what I usually pay . In addition the cab driver couldn’t even find my Airbnb although the address and directions were very straightforward. Never again!
