★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laura Quintero es grosera, no es honesta, no contesta llamadas, segun siempre esta en llamadas y juntas, no trabaja diligentemente, se supone es "Gerente" Y Abogada, y ni así da buen trato al cliente ni hace su trabajo y si lo hace porque no lo demuestra cuando se le pide algo como por ejemplo... el acuse de recibida la queja interpuesta por nosotros (ajarvi lo gestiona, nuestra admin Laura Q.) ante PROFECO contra nuestra parte vendedora por los vicios ocultos y la entrega del edificio, o no lo ha hecho o porque no lo proporciona? simplemente pone pretextos y no te da lo que le solicitas, cuando se lo pides de nueva cuenta ni te contesta llamadas, ni te da seguimiento, te cuelga las llamadas y hasta te grita! nada profesional; obvio esta es su pagina administrada por ella, minimo los unicos comentarios que tiene (tristes 2) son: NO LA RECOMENDAMOS. pesimo servicio.

Somos proveedores de mantenimiento y siempre sacan nuestros pagos la primera semana de mes como estamos contratados.
Además nos piden que si los clientes nos llaman y dicen que hablan de Ajarvi, les demos un descuento preferencial lo que hacemos porque ellos nos garantizan nuestros pagos.
La Lic Quintero es muy exigente con los servicios y los requisitos para procesar los pagos pero nunca nos han quedado a deber ni un peso aunque los condominios no quieran pagar, ella nos garantiza que si el trabajo está bien hecho ella lo paga.
It is a company we worked with twelve years ago.
We are maintenance providers and always take out our payments the first week of the month as we are hired.
They also ask us that if customers call us and say they talk about Ajarvi, we give them a preferential discount what we do because they guarantee our payments.
Lic Quintero is very demanding with the services and the requirements to process the payments but we have never been left to owe even a peso although the condominiums do not want to pay, she guarantees that if the work is well done she pays it.
