Apparently this is a new owner. Not forthcoming and tried to charge us for a week already paid for.

Summary: Our dog was attacked here, the wound wasn't treated, we weren't told about the attack, and we were still charged for the boarding service (in addition to our vet bill)...but it gets worse... Our dog was initially scheduled to stay here for 2 nights. Halfway through, we wanted to extend our getaway, so we called them to see if it would be okay to extend the boarding for another night. They said that'd be fine. Well, we picked her up after 3 nights/4 days. We asked if everything was fine. They said yes, no problems, and asked for payment. Then, we noticed that there was a big chunk missing from our dog's ear! We asked what happened, and then they finally told us "oh, well we threw a ball, she went to get it, and another dog bit her." The wound was really dirty - it clearly wasn't kept clean. And they didn't tell us about the bite until after we saw it. We went straight to our vet and he cleaned up the wound and gave her antibiotics and whatever else she needed. Our vet said the wound was a few days old because it was already scabbing over. That means this attack happened on the very first day! So, when we called to extend her stay, the attack had already happened and they didn't tell us about it then either! Well, we have a YouTube channel and we made a video about this horrible experience. After releasing that video, we had someone come up to us, (in person in Ajijic - someone who recognized us from YouTube). And they told us that their dog DIED at Ajijic Dog School and ADS didn't tell them until they came to pick up their baby. They also went onto say that they've since learned that several other peoples' dogs have died there!

After 6 weeks the two dogs showed little improvement. Still unable to socialize with other dogs on daily walks. Contacted owner and he offered no help or suggestions. They had the dogs for 7 hours a day for 6 weeks, We had told them the reason we were sending them to school was to socialize them. Anyone can teach a dog to "sit" or "heel".
