★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are better places to stay in Ajijic. Bad location, difficult to walk around. Uncomfortable bed, undrinkable water, no view, no natural light, no toilet paper allowed in the commode. Proprietor demands full payment upon arrival. I'm sure they realize people will find better accommodations after they learn the area. I personally would stay in Chapala next time and make one ore two day trips to Ajijic for shopping or dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to spend time in Ajijic; studio apartments, not motel rooms; great owner who speaks English perfectly well; very popular in Ajijic's high season, the winter months; centrally located in safe area; clothes washed weekly for nominal fee and room cleaned weekly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our first trip to Ajijic. The Ajijic Suites was a wonderful spot near the square. We stayed 8 days and had a ball. We stayed in the Magnolia Suite which was very nice, accommodating , and comfort. The Suite was perfect with a small kitchen area and large king size bed that slept well. We were close to the market and all the attractions Ajijic had to offer. The Malecone was minutes away. The owners Elaine and Luiz were extremely pleasant and there to assist in any way they could. They made us feel at home away from our home. We would definitely frequently the Ajijic Suites again and recommend this hotel to others.

Her and her husband have a fabulous place.
With several different units. Clean and nicely decorated. The outdoors are like a fantasy world.
Beautiful flowers, plants, trees, space and a huge swimming pool with plenty of seating and lounging all around.
A nice little breakfast and coffee or juice.
She and her better half are wonderful, giving, caring, accommodating, laid back people.
As long as you care for their home, your good.
I’ll be back Mrs. Isabella. As you already know.
Totally recommend.
