★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jamás renten ningún inmueble administrado por esta empresa, en mi edificio se metieron a robar porque el brazo de la puerta llevaba meses roto y a pesar de que todos los inquilinos lo reportamos no lo arreglaron hasta que fue demasiado tarde, hemos tenido muchísimos problemas con la luz, agua y gas y jamás los han arreglado. Ojalá alguien me hubiera advertido antes de rentar con ellos, porque la renta es carísima además! Como si fuera edificio nuevo y tiene más de 50 años y jamás le han dado mantenimiento. Son unos abusivos, solo toman el dinero de la gente y no hacen nada para mantener los edificios, lo sé porque visité otro edificio bajo su administración cuando estaba buscando y una inquilina me dijo que la fachada del edificio y su departamento habían quedado dañados por el sismo del 19 de septiembre y la fachada se cae a pedazos en el estacionamiento dañando los autos, y a la fecha no le han resuelto nada. De verdad eviten vivir en un lugar administrado por ellos, la van a pasar muy mal.

I wish someone had warned me before renting with them, because the rent is also very expensive! As if it were a new building and it is more than 50 years old and has never been maintained. They are abusive, they only take people's money and do nothing to maintain the buildings, I know this because I visited another building under their administration when I was looking and a tenant told me that the facade of the building and her apartment had been damaged by the earthquake of September 19 and the facade falls apart in the parking lot damaging the cars, and to date they have not solved anything.
