★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le quedó mal a mi amiga el día de su boda y dijo que estaba enferma pero no avisó con tiempo ( la cita de ella era a las 11am, ella pudo avisar desde antes) y llegó a las 12 de mal genio ( creo que si de vdd estás enferma cancelas la cita y ofreces devolución, no llegas de mal genio a tratar mal a los clientes)

You are sick, you cancel the appointment and offer a refund, you are not in a bad temper to treat customers badly)
