★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvais hôtel ! Je suis resté 1 semaine, il n'y a aucun ménage fait a l'extérieur. Ils ont nettoyé ma chambre qu'une seule fois jai du le faire moi même les autres journees. La nuit un chien aboie sans cesse ! (3 nuit sur ma semaine!) Aucune forme de communication possible autre que l espagnol
 Very bad hotel! I stayed for 1 week, there is no cleaning done outside. They cleaned my room only once I had to do it myself on the other days. At night a dog barks constantly! (3 night in my week!) No form of communication possible other than Spanish

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No había agua para el descargar el baño, llegamos y tenía orines, no lavaron tampoco el resto del baño, ni lavamanos ni ducha, la nevera estaba sucia, la loza estaba sucia cuando llegamos, el colchón muy incómodo, la piscina sucia, desde que llegamos todo fue muy desagradable, afortunadamente solo fue un día, lo único bueno del lugar es la ubicación.
There was no water to flush the bathroom, we arrived and it had urine, they did not wash the rest of the bathroom either, neither sink nor shower, the fridge was dirty, the crockery was dirty when we arrived, the mattress was very uncomfortable, the pool dirty, since we arrived everything was very unpleasant, fortunately it was only one day, the only good thing about the place is the location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar muy tranquilo en el cuál se puede vivir, descansar y muy cerca de la Quinta Avenida en dónde está toda la fiesta, el comercio y los restaurantes de lujo. Lo mejor Jesús que es el Staff una bellísima persona, servicial y un buen trabajador.
A very quiet place where you can live, rest and very close to Fifth Avenue where all the partying, commerce and luxury restaurants are. The best Jesus is the Staff, a beautiful person, helpful and a good worker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nuestra habitación no tuvo ningún problema, talvez solo recomendaríamos que le pusieran mosquitero a la ventana y una protección opaca para poder tener la cortina abierta sin que todos desde afuera te estén observando. Es un lugar muy lindo, limpio y tranquilo. Solucionaron todas nuestras inquietudes y fueron muy flexibles. La ubicación es lo mejor del lugar, tienes todo cerca, los tacos de al lado son una delicia y muy económicos. La alberca es pequeña pero suficiente para pasarla bien, mi niño se divirtió mucho. En mi opinión si lo recomiendo y si regresaría

It is a very nice place, clean and quiet. They solved all our concerns and were very flexible. The location is the best thing about the place, you have everything nearby, the tacos next door are delicious and very cheap. The pool is small but enough to have a good time, my child had a lot of fun. In my opinion if I recommend it and if I would return

We're waiting on the street with backpacks and call the number of this hotel we're waiting for someone who can let us go in.
Since 10am to 12:30 nobody appears even they knew about us.
We rather cancel reservation because this is bad service.
