The page for a couple of years has been scamming its customers, when buying pre-sale products or existing assumptions they take time to arrive, after a long time they come out with the excuse that it has not arrived and they do not have in stock, so they will try convince them to give them a coupon for hideous figures. 1. If they bought online by paypal transfer, the money can be returned to them almost immediately by filing a claim in PayPal stating that they did not receive the product they bought (so they returned my money to me) 2. If you paid by card, talk to your bank and indicate that they cancel the payment because you did not make it, this is more time consuming but you will surely win the claim. This page has been scamming for years, always making the same excuses and by not already having a physical store, it is easier for them to say that they send them coupons and they nail the money and they end up blocking you from their networks, their phone does not work and they do not answer emails Do not buy for any reason or by any method on this page unless you want to be going through a nightmare of months

*** Terrible place to buy / avoid buying on this page *** After making my purchase, I contacted them to find out the shipping process, since they mention that it takes 1 to 3 days after payment to make the shipment. After some time, I contacted myself to find out what was happening, and they only gave me automated responses. After 9 days without a response and contacting them by watsapp, facebook and phone without getting a response, I better cancel my purchase through paypal.
