The personnel should know their products, their measurements and specifications, "bring me the piece to see if I have it". I find a mediocre response for an employee of this respectable brand

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, entramos a comprar una moto con dinero en mano, había 2 personas tiradas en el piso moviendo una moto, dijimos "buenas tardes" y los 2 nos voltearon a ver sin responder el saludo. Esperamos unos minutos y en ningún momento se pararon a atender, lo bueno es que encontramos la Honda justo enfrente y nos atendieron como se debe.
Terrible service, we went in to buy a motorcycle with money in hand, there were 2 people lying on the floor moving a motorcycle, we said "good afternoon" and the 2 turned to see us without responding to the greeting. We waited a few minutes and at no time did they stop to attend, the good thing is that we found the Honda right in front of us and they treated us as they should.

En definitiva, no vuelvo a llevar mi motocicleta ahí.
Mis razones; no responden tus llamadas. Te piden que les marques pero cuando lo haces, te terminan diciendo que ellos te marcaran cuando este tu motocicleta. Se tardan mucho en entregarte tu vehículo, aunque sea algo básico y sencillo lo que se le hará. Lo malo es que a pesar de tardarse mucho en la compostura de tu vehículo, lo hacen a medias.... obligándote a tener que regresar o llevarla a otro lugar para que lo solucionen. Se tardan muchísimo tiempo en las refacciones.
Mejor busquen otras opciones...

In short, I will not take my motorcycle there again.
My reasons; they don't answer your calls. They ask you to mark them but when you do, they end up telling you that they will mark you when your motorcycle is there. They take a long time to deliver your vehicle, even if it is something basic and simple what will be done. The bad thing is that despite taking a long time to fix your vehicle, they do it half ... forcing you to have to return or take it to another place to have it fixed. Parts take a long time.
Better look for other options ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leyendo los demás comentarios, puedo confirmar que la espera por piezas bajo pedido es demasiada, para esperar 2 meses por una pieza es mejor buscarla en otra ciudad.
Reading the other comments, I can confirm that the wait for pieces on request is too long, to wait 2 months for a piece it is better to look for it in another city.
