★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Akro es una empresa muy negligente, si piensas trabajar aqui toma en cuenta que el salario que te ofrece no es el proporcional al neto mensual. En la publicidad te ofrecen un salario mensual de $7,200 incluido con todos los bonos que te dan por lo que tu salario neto es de $5,200. El ambiente es el tipico call center con gente pretenciosa y el home office es una pesadilla ya que las herramientas son demasiado malas, por lo tanto si tienes problemas con tus metricas por causa del mal funcionamiento de la plataforma es basicamente tu problema, los problemas de internet son una pesadilla ya que si tienes alguna desconexion te quitan el home office y regresas al site. tambien si tienes problemas en las llamadas te pueden correr hasta por decir mal tu nombre. Ya que solo te corren si el cliente se los piden, son los lame botas del greengo promedio. Pero no todo esta mal ya que ganar todos los viernes $1800 esta muy comodo. OBVIO SI TE PORTAS BIEN si no te descuentan.
