★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente sitio de entretenimiento y de entrenamiento, cuenta con muchísimas clases, y áreas de musculacion, alberca, sauna, estacionamiento subterráneo, restaurante, clases de box, crossfit, spinning etc, checa la pagina y ahí el costo de las membresías.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones se mantienen limpias y funcionando. Los empleados son amables. Sólo hay ciertas horas en que hay demaciada gente pero procuro ir a horas con menos gente.
The facilities are kept clean and working. The employees are friendly. There are only certain hours when there are too many people but I try to go to hours with fewer people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El mejor Gimnasio ( Gym ) de Colima , es muy completo porque tiene alberca techada, clases de box, CrossFit, yoga, pista para correr de tartan en planta Alta , tiene elevador ( es de 3 niveles ) cancha de squash, los baños muy completos , tienen lockers , el vapor está genial. Por todo lo que ofrece no está caro , además está dirigido a Familias , porque tus hijos pueden tomar clases , y los más pequeños pueden quedarse en la Ludoteca mientras te ejercitas .
The best gym (Gym) in Colima, is very complete because it has a roofed pool, box lessons, CrossFit, yoga, tartan running track on the upper floor, it has a lift (it is 3 levels) squash court, very complete bathrooms They have lockers, the steam is great. For everything it offers it is not expensive, it is also aimed at Families, because your children can take classes, and the little ones can stay in the Ludoteca while you exercise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well equipped and clean gym on several floors. Loads of new equipment, so there is never a wait. They don't have AC but the ventilation is great so it never gets too hot.
During covid they did a good job blocking equipment for social distancing. I just wish guests would be better in using their masks, but I guess they can't continuously run around reminding every guest.
