★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jaime, Alexis, and George all guided us throughout the events. They are the nicest people we had met on our trip and we will for sure come back the next time we visit Mexico. This place also offers disability discounts which was nice to see.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice caves. We had Jaime as a tour guide who was very knowledgeable and gave good explanations even though English wasn't his first language. He also took the time to take pictures from our cellphones so everyone was included in the group pictures. There is also a small zoo with wild animals which is included with the entrance fee. Overall a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was awesome ?! Had so much fun. I was with a group that didn't stay too long but I could've stayed for much more time. The water is deep in some areas but a nonswimmer can enjoy it as well. It was a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot say enough about the amazing experience but honestly the staff truly makes this unforgettable!! Gio Torres went above and beyond! Gio brought our pictures to our hotel that evening for us to purchase as we did not take anything with us to buy them on site. Fast forward... almost two months later I reached out to him because all of the images that we had purchased were deleted!! I was devastated!! I reached out to him and 3 days later he sent me all of our images again!! For me it was a miracle, I will not forget and he was truly a God sent Angel! Thank you Gio, you are AMAZING and I will never forget your awesomeness!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a unique experience! We traveled there from our resort with Santiago Chavez (I highly recommend using him for all your transfers and bookings). He was highly informative and personally guided us through the cenote giving us a ton of relevant historical information. He knew the staff there which made things so much easier. There was a large group about to do the zip line course so they suggested we visit the cenote first. It was perfect. We had the entire cenote to ourselves!!! After the cenote we did the zip line course. The young men leading us were GREAT. They made sure to explain safety and the rules and all had a good sense of humor. I HIGHLY recommend Aktun Chen!!!
