E	Evelina Opolskyte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not shy to say that this was one of the best trips I had while staying in Cancun. The place is well managed and atmosphere there was great. My favourite one was Jamie. Such a great sense of humour. Great pictures too,not overpriced. We actually managed to get all set of pictures from one of the activities for only 30 dollars transferred to IPhone in seconds. Such a lovely mini zoo they have where we felt that animals been looked after. Loved the monkeys and baby goats. We actually regret going to the local zoo called Monkey Sectuary because we spent so much there for so little we got. Deferrianly recommended. Would go there again.

Gio brought our pictures to our hotel that evening for us to purchase as we did not take anything with us to buy them on site. Fast forward... almost two months later, I reached out to him because all of the images that we had purchased were deleted!! I was devastated!! I reached out to him, on his personal cellphone, and 3 days later he sent me all of our images again!! For me it was a miracle, I will not forget and he was truly a God sent Angel! Thank you Gio, you are AMAZING and I will never forget your awesomeness!!!
T	Tim Roell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived slightly late so we didn't have time to do more than one activity so we chose to do the cuevas tour and boy was it worth it. Our guide, Jaime, understood that we had hoped to do two activities even though we had arrived later than expected. He allowed us to take our time throughout the tour and provided an extreme amount of valuable information. 10 out of 10 would do again and recommend to everyone.

The facilities are in great condition in gorgeous protected nature. There are no crowds so you get lots of personal attention from the informative and funny guides - especially Jaime. We want to come back for sure. Thanks for a great day!
e	elgoog on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely mind blowing! Beautiful cave and cenote. Had a blast ziplining as well! If you do visit, please don't wear sunblock as you won't need it in the jungle/cave/cenote and it's very bad for the cenote Water. Do not touch the cave/cenote walls or roof. Totally worth the drive and money! It has been our best experience in the Cancun area.

Getting there: The dirt road parallel to the freeway on the west side is not a great option for walkers, mud puddles that are difficult to go around, but we made it. They pick you up at the entrance just north of the gas station on the west side of the freeway and shuttle you to two points along a rough dirt road. First is the check in and small zoo. Next they shuttle you up to the cenote. Plan on about 45 minutes to an hour once in the cenote. Great service as they shuttled us back to the traffic circle on the east side of the bridge at Bahia Principe!

You're provided with a personal flotation device (as the floor can be quite sharp in some places) and it takes about 5-10 minutes to swim from one end to the other. Lots of gorgeous stalactites and one of the prettier pools we visited. It's a bit of a drive but I highly recommend this site.
