★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como primer punto, cabe recalcar que el ambiente y estructura del lugar es muy bonita. Pero los platillos dejaron mucho que desear. Pues no todos fueron lo que esperamos. Aparte de que la espera en algunos casos fue bastante tardada, tienen mucho que mejorar.
El servicio es lento y sinceramente los meseros se nota que no tienen nada de experiencia, desde mi punto de vista haría falta una capacitación a estos.
El pavo del menú navideño está muy sabroso, altamente recomendable al igual que las costillas de puerco. Sugiero que ustedes mismos vayan y prueben este restaurante y den su propio punto de vista. Esto con la finalidad de mejorar el servicio y calidad de este.
As a first point, it should be noted that the atmosphere and structure of the place is very beautiful. But the dishes left a lot to be desired. Well, not all were what we expected. Apart from the fact that the wait was quite long in some cases, they have a lot to improve.
The service is slow and honestly the waiters show that they have no experience at all, from my point of view they would need training for them.
The turkey on the Christmas menu is very tasty, highly recommended as well as the pork ribs. I suggest that yourselves go and try this restaurant and give your own point of view. This in order to improve the service and quality of this.

El servicio de los meseros deja mucho que desear y es que en realidad tienen mucho personal, entonces es algo frustrante ver tantas personas y que hayan tardado 15 minutos en solo llevar la carta y eso porque tuvimos que llamar la atención de uno de los meseros, solo esperamos tanto porque deseabamos darnos la oportunidad de probar los platillos. En mi opinión les falta mucha organización.
Recomiendo vayan con mucha paciencia. Lo mas triste fue que después de una larga espera, los platillos no hayan salvado la experiencia ?.
Honestamente mi pareja y yo decidimos que no volveríamos.
El nombre definitivamente le hace honor al lugar, así que si gustan visitarlo en ésta epoca de frío, como sugerencia acudan abrigados.
