a	abril martinez serrano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen dos menus, el de desayuno/brunch y el de cenas, el pan es de masa madre, super rico, si vas en fin de semana te recomiendo hacer reservación, pues se llena. Tiene vista al centro de Cholul y en la parte de abajo un hermoso jardin, que por las noches es super romantico. La chapata vegetariana esta deliciosa. They have two menus, breakfast/brunch and dinner, the bread is sourdough, super tasty, if you go on the weekend I recommend you make a reservation, as it fills up. It has a view of the center of Cholul and in the lower part a beautiful garden, which at night is super romantic. The vegetarian ciabatta is delicious.

The treatment is friendly and excellent. The taste of the food is very good (only the chicken of the chilaquiles I did not like). The price you pay is fair.

Cumplen con todas las restricciones de COVID. Las instalaciones son sumamente acogedoras y por las noches el ambiente se torna bastante romántico, cuentan con un area interior pequeña, una terraza en planta baja y un mirador en planta alta. Tienen dos menús, uno para desayunos y otro para cenas. The facilities are extremely cozy and at night the atmosphere becomes quite romantic, they have a small interior area, a terrace on the ground floor and a viewpoint on the top floor. N	Nicci Fletcher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al Modar could become our favourite place to chill and relax in Cholul. The decor is stylish yet understated. The service was exceptional. When it became obvious that we didn't speak very much Spanish the owner/manager/a senior member of staff came to our assistance. She spoke excellent English, was friendly and very helpful making suggestions about local specialities that we may not have sampled before. She was even happy to help us improve our Spanish by answering some questions that had confusing us. Unfortunately the complete menu was not available as they had only been open for 10 days. We will be returning on a regular basis and wish Al Modar every success for the future.
