★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un gran sabor pero pesimo servicio, pedí una orden a domicilio y después de una hora me dijeron que iba en camino , 40 min después marqué y me dijeron que habian cancelado la orden porque "no valía la pena". El chico que me atendió por teléfono no presto atención a nada que de lo que le dije, todo el tiempo se comporto grosero, cortante y déspota.
Los pollos son realmente buenos pero el servicio no vale la pena, como ellos me dijeron.
No lo recomiendo, van tres incidentes que tengo con su servicio, creo que tienen que aprender a tratar a sus clientes y si no tienen las capacidades de enviar un pedido a domicilio les recomendaria que quitaran esa opción.
A great taste but terrible service, I asked for an order at home and after an hour they told me it was on the way, 40 minutes later I dialed and they told me they had canceled the order because "it was not worth it". The guy who answered me on the phone did not pay attention to anything that I said, all the time he behaved rude, cutting and despotic.
The chickens are really good but the service is not worth it, as they told me.
I do not recommend it, there are three incidents that I have with your service, I think they have to learn to treat their customers and if they do not have the capabilities to send an order at home I would recommend that they remove that option.
