★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is really a nice "you must visit place" located in Mexico. The artificial lake that helds this place is one step of the "water treatment system" in Mexico (Sistema Cutzamala)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place, nice lake front. Old city/settlement is unique, you can walk down the narrow winding city street surrounded by old spanish era buildings and houses. Obviously tasty TACOs from the street vendors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Without visiting this Alameda is not a complete visit. Great place to see the diversity of the city, find street food, even get a shoeshine! I spend a couple of hours here weekly.and meet a lot of very interesting people. On weekends the have events, such as concerts, etc. I recommend it.
