Pésimos en atención al cliente, no responde los correos, tampoco el teléfono, me entregaron un mueble que no pedí, y despues me lo cambiaron y me enviaron otro muble diferente otra vez, es una pesadilla que no controlen lo que mandan Estoy muy molesto no me dan solución, Este es el numero de pedido #44531 deberian de poner a su atencion al cliente como la peor de todas. Tienen mas de 7 dias sin responder el correo son la peor mubleria que pude elegir para comprar, no tienen tantia verguenza. Sergio Frias es la persona que esta atendiendo supuestamente mi caso, no puede solucionar algo tan sencillo. Exigo que me de una solucion HOY MISMO 21.12.2020

Pésima experiencia. Decepcionante el servicio al cliente, y el seguimiento a los pedidos. Hice un proyecto con ellos, pagué el total de los muebles el 27 de octubre de 2021, hoy es 7 de marzo de 2022 y aún no me entregan dos sillas y una mesa.

No compren aqui. Hice una compra de 2 sillones Hurst el 18 de abril que tenían fecha de entrega para el 25 de abril y me dijeron una semana después que la entrega estaba prevista para junio. Cuando me pasò esto, leí en las reseñas de aqui que había encima personas que llevaban meses sin recibir su reembolso. Afortunadamente, mi compra la hice con Paypal y solicite mi reembolso con Paypal el dia 25 y ahora ya decidieron a mi favor. Si cometieron el grave error de comprar aqui, ojalá lo hayan hecho con Paypal para que reciban su reembolso antes. Consejo para la mueblería. En lugar de invertir en tanta publicidad, inviertan en agilizar periodos de entrega y logística.

Me sorprende leer tantos comentarios negativos que pienso que muchos no tienen claras las expectativas antes de comprar: tiempos de entrega, condiciones de venta y servicio al cliente post-venta. En general, mi experiencia fue positiva. Compré con la orden 45386 y la entrega fue en tiempo y forma. De otras opciones en el mercado (Gaia, DecoHome, Tamarindo, etc) aquí encontré el mejor precio. Aunque el precio de los sofá se me hacen los más altos. La atención post-venta puede mejorar en tener un número de servicio al cliente. Sin embargo, a mi siempre me contestaron mis preguntas por correo (gracias María y Jenny) El modelo de negocio es igual al de las otras tiendas que mencioné. Es decir, no soy productores sino que venden los productos de diferentes proveedores. El showroom es relativamente pequeño y la atención es pésima, al menos cuando fui el tipo en turno estaba platicando con amigos y como que no le importa. Pero eso sí, ya una ves que ya sabes lo que vas a comprar te dice que es mejor comprar con él directamente que en línea y te da su WhatsApp (claro, le pagan comisión). Es ridículo que no tengan los precios con los descuentos y tengas que preguntar por cada cosa, especialmente cuando como ya dije, la atención es mala. Pero sirve ir al showroom para ver algunos muebles en vivo.

Horrible client service, one of my worst user experiences buying online. The furniture has poor quality and they justify that saying that I purchased the low cost line. I have a lot of bad comments and experiences from this brand, just stay away!
