Restaurante fundado en 2003, el cual, con el paso del tiempo ha evolucionado y crecido, encontrando una filosofía distinta a la oferta gastronómica que existe en Toluca y Metepec.
Nuestra cocina es de raíz mexicana, pero complementada con algunos platillos y técnicas internacionales, en donde los ingredientes y la creatividad de la cocina son lo más importante. Los ingredientes que se utilizan son frescos, de temporada , de origen local y orgánicos cuando se puede.
Actualmente comenzamos el desarrollo de nuestra propia hortaliza orgánica, ubicada en Malinalco, Edo. de Méx., la cual proveerá la mayoría de nuestros vegetales, asegurando así la mayor calidad posible de los mismos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurante local con buena cocina. Yo voy solo para desayunar. Los platillos están muy bien preparados. El parque de frutos rojos es mi favorito. El café está muy rico y la atención de los meseros es buena. Como en todos lado, cuando está muy lleno tiendes a esperar tus alimentos un poco más de lo normal. El previo está razonable para la calidad y cantidad. El ambiente está muy acogedor. Es de dos oídos y cuenta con el estacionamiento de la plaza. Si quieres una mesa rápido hay que llegar antes de las 10:00 am. La hostest es muy atenta. Mi recomendación son los huevos benedictinos o el desayuno Rockefeller.
 Local restaurant with good cuisine. I go alone for breakfast. The dishes are very well prepared. The red fruit park is my favorite. The coffee is very rich and the waiters' attention is good. As everywhere, when it is very full you tend to wait for your food a little longer than normal. The preamp is reasonable for quality and quantity. The atmosphere is very cozy. It has two ears and has parking in the plaza. If you want a quick table you must arrive before 10:00 am. The hostest is very attentive. My recommendation is Eggs Benedict or Rockefeller Breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es demasiado lento para el costo, me senti como si estuviese en Vips y Eso que ahi dan mas barato!. Tuve que hacer fila para entrar. Por lo que me debian atender como rey para el costo!. Si tienes una mejor opción te diria que la tomes!

El servicio es un poco tardado, pero vale la pena.
El pan es delicioso, el café muy rico también.
Todo lo que he comido ahí es deli.
El estacionamiento en esa plaza es un poco apretado y a veces hay que esperar a que otro auto salga.
Decoracion sencilla pero agradable.
Definitivamente es un buen lugar para ir a desayunar.
He has delicious breakfast. I recommend making a reservation because the place is small.
The service is a bit late, but worth it.
The bread is delicious, the coffee very rich too.
Everything I've eaten there is deli.
The parking in that square is a bit tight and sometimes you have to wait for another car to exit.
Simple but nice decoration.
It is definitely a good place to go to breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very comfy place for lunch and breakfast. A wide variety of teas. Very yummy jams and breads. Salmon with cuscus is amazing.
But the service left us a little disappointed, we choose a table outside and didn't get enough attention from waitress. Needed to remind them that we are still there ;(
