It is not closing time they close early and you never know how much they are going to charge you, their excuses the occupation, or a variety of vehicles they have.

They'd try to force a ridiculous insurance on yo . Over 700% hike on the advertised price online. And theh wouldnt even accept external insurance. Unless u purchase it from them. Which is ridiculous. I love the sound of my steps while walking away from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They forced a very expensive insurance on us ( 400 dollars for 5 days). We took the car, parked in our apartment building for 5 days and took the car straight to the agency. Then they claimed the front is damaged ( it was in a private space, locked in.) and they asked us to file an insurance claim. Wow. what a scam. They will probably get money from insurance company to get extra cash. Last time I rent a car with them and we go to Puerto Vallarta 6 times per year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price essentially doubled from the quoted price, when fees and extra insurance was added. The car was in okay, but not great condition. I was even charged a huge airport fee. The staff were pleasant, but I felt like I was scammed. Not a pleasant experience.
