★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unos rateros, me tuvieron un esperando y al final pusieron mil pretextos para que cancelara y que no tenían carro de la categoría que reserve, y querían que pagar casi el doble tenga mucho cuidado con las reservaciones
 They are some thugs, they had me waiting and in the end they put a thousand pretexts to cancel and they didn't have a car of the category I booked, and they wanted to pay almost double, be very careful with reservations

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia con ALAMO, cancele con ellos con mas de diez días de anticipación a mi reserva, en ningún lado indica que debes solicitar tu reembolso, solo el cobro de la comisión por cancelar.
Ya llevo mas de un mes solicitando mi reembolso, ya tuve que pagar en mi tarjeta un servicio que no use!! y no son capaces de darme una fecha compromiso de la devolución de mi dinero, en un inicio lo considere bueno pero viendo su atención al cliente nunca lo recomendaría. CUIDADO CON SUS FRAUDES
Bad experience with ALAMO, cancel with them more than ten days in advance of my reservation, nowhere indicates that you should request your refund, only the payment of the commission for canceling.
I've been requesting my refund for more than a month, and I had to pay for a service I did not use on my card! and they are not able to give me a commitment date of the return of my money, at first I consider it good but seeing their customer service I would never recommend it. BEWARE OF YOUR FRAUDS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para alquilar tu coche. Renté por 6 días a través de despegar, el día que recoges el auto pagas el seguro el cual me pareció bastante accesible comparado con otras agencias de renta. No hay letra chiquita y los autos están en buen estado
Excellent place to rent your car. I rented for 6 days through take off, the day you pick up the car you pay for the insurance which I found quite accessible compared to other rental agencies. There is no small print and the cars are in good condition

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The general price was not too high, but 3rd party like Expedia's CDW insurance was not acceptable. And you must pay extra TPL although was included in expedia's order. Also, you may receive vehicles with lots of scratches. In my case, more than 10 scratches VW jetta was checked in. :-(
