★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alamo war unsere letzte Hoffnung auf ein gutes und preiswertes Mietauto! Wir wurden von Hertz oder Europcar dermassen über den Tisch gezogen, dass wir die Hoffnung schon aufgegeben haben! Dann gingen wir zu Alamo, was unsere Rettung war! Der Service von Concepción war unglaublich gut! Sie hatte viel Verständnis und konnte uns super helfen! Dank ihr erhielten wir ein preiswertes, gutes Mietauto! Wir würden wieder bei Alamo mieten!
Alamo was our last hope for a good and cheap rental car! We were so ripped off by Hertz or Europcar that we have given up hope! Then we went to the Alamo, which was our salvation! The service from Concepción was amazing! She had a lot of understanding and was able to help us a lot! Thanks to her, we got a cheap, good rental car! We would rent from Alamo again!

Habia utilizado Alamo en otros paises y fue la primera vez que queria utilizar Alamo en Mexico pero nunca volvere a utilizarlo.
No tenia auto aunque ya tenia la reservacion!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Me dijo nada mas asi "No tengo su auto porque reservaste ayer. Hoy no tengo ningun auto."

I had used Alamo in other countries and it was the first time I wanted to use Alamo in Mexico but I will never use it again.
I didn't have a car even though I already had a reservation !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He said nothing more like "I don't have his car because you booked yesterday. Today I don't have any car."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a full size car through CAA to pick up at the Villahermosa Airport, when we arrived the Alamo lady said there were no full size cars available, that we needed to pay for an upgrade. We told her that we had a reservation made, she said that the reservations are based on availability the day of pick up which does not make sense. It is not the first time we rent a car and never heard such thing as cars are based on availability even if you made a reservation. It was around 9 pm and we could not get a car. I rate Alamo the worst car rental ever! So not make reservations with them because most likely the car is not going to be reserved for you when you arrive. Terrible company!!!
