PESIMO SERVICE CHARGED ME DOUBLE SINCE JANUARY AND I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO HAVE MY RETURN MONEY, I HAD TO MARK MORE THAN 30 TIMES THEY DO NOT ANSWER IT IS LATE AND THEY HAVE TO MANAGE IT, BUT NOBODY GIVES ME AN ANSWER.

I called them at 8AM last Wednesday & received quote for 2019 VW Jetta. 2 hours later they call me to inform me car is now available for pickup at the main office across the street from a casino. Arrived at the office, completed all paperwork & price was exactly as quoted $1,100 MXN pesos per day with insurance included. Overall very satisfied with level of service & prices. Well rent again when I returned to Manzanillo.
