Ahora me toco ablar a mi taregeta para decirles lo que paso y alamo no esta contestando lo que mi tarejeta esta pidiendo.... La pura verdad nunca mas volvere a rentar en alamo y no la recomiendo...
Very bad experience, I had my recervasion and according to they did not want to let me take the car without the insurance that I grabbed in expedia ... they wanted me to get a new one with them and it was very expensive to the last one because as I wanted to enjoy my vacations because it touched me grab it apart in my credit card they stopped the 30,000 thousand pesos for not having taken insurance ... I do not understand how that happened. Now I have to speak to my taregeta to tell them what happened and alamo is not answering what my card is asking for ... The truth is, I will never rent again in alamo and I do not recommend it ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegue a Mazatlan con reserva por medio de un “third party”- Travelocity. Pese que la reservacion si estaba, me informaron que lo que pague en linea no aplicaba para los costos del seguro y renta del carro en Mexico. Las personas que me atendieron fueron muy pacientes conmigo y pudimos rentar el carro con un precio mucho mejor. Agradezco su paciencia y su buen servicio! El carro funciono muy bien, y no tuve ningun problema.
Arrive in Mazatlan with a reservation through a "third party" - Travelocity. Although the reservation was, I was informed that what I paid online did not apply to the costs of insurance and car rental in Mexico. The people who attended me were very patient with me and we were able to rent the car with a much better price. I appreciate your patience and good service! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He leído algunas reseñas aquí y he visto algunos comentarios respecto a cargos adicionales y algunas malas experiencias también; por ello, es que antes de hacer la reservación hablé al call center para cuestionar sobre este tema y ahí me aclararon todo. Posteriormente me di la oportunidad de hacer la reserva y la experiencia no pudo ser mejor. Comparto mi reseña:
Hice mi reservación a través de su pagina, tuve un problema generado por el sitio web y en el call center me dieron todo el soporte para que quedara solucionado. Al llegar a recoger el vehículo, el trato fue aun mejor: amable, agradable, atendieron cada una de mis dudas e inquietudes (que fueron varias, ya que soy un cliente "especialon").
Voy a agregar algo que no es necesario, pero es una reflexión acerca de la importancia del servicio:
En mi caso, volé desde otra ciudad, consideré rentar un vehículo para cumplir un objetivo ubicado en otra ciudad, que a su vez estaba en otro estado. Fui y regresé de nuevo a mi punto de origen, y todo sin contratiempo alguno.
Agrego esto, porque ustedes como Alamo, fueron partícipes del éxito que tuve en este viaje, mismo que no era un viaje de esparcimiento o turismo en la ciudad, sino fuera y por carretera. Para que esto fuera un éxito, jugaron varios factores, como el servicio que recibí (ya descrito arriba), pero también el servicio mecánico del vehículo (el coche no estaba de 10, ya se le nota el desgaste natural, pero sí en un nivel seguro). Quiero enfatizar la importancia y la sinergia que se debe lograr en cada una de las áreas que se desempeñan dentro de todo el equipo de trabajo, la calidad que logran hace que la experiencia sea reconocida y que hoy aquí comparta algo del recurso más valioso que tenemos (tiempo), para hacérselos saber y para recomendarlos públicamente.
Espero que esta reseña sirva para que se esmeren en mantener el buen nivel que mostraron con un servidor.
Gracias a todo el quipo, desde el call center, a quien me entregó la unidad, a quien la recibió, al mecánico, etc. En especial gracias a Cathy que hizo que todo fuera genial desde el inicio.
Los recomiendo totalmente y volvería a rentar con ustedes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas unidades pero el servicio a clientes en su call Center es pésimo, aunado a que no respetan las promociones en las apps de viajeros. No son buenos en sus políticas de devoluciones, siguen debiendonos a mi esposo y a mi 300 dólares desde hace tres meses.
