El personal en la sucursal del aeropuerto de Hermosillo me atendió con mucha amabilidad y buena disposición. Cabe mencionar que dentro de mi experiencia, no contaban con la disponibilidad del coche que reservé en línea, esto por causas externas ya que el cliente anterior no entregó el coche en tiempo, y sin embargo me ofrecieron un coche de categoría superior, incluida la cobertura sin tener yo que pagar algún costo adicional a lo que pagué en mi reservación. El auto se encontraba en perfectas condiciones y no tuve ningún problema durante el viaje. La devolución del Auto resultó muy sencilla, es posible devolver el Auto hasta las 10 pm, lo cual permite tener un mejor manejo de los tiempos al momento de planear el viaje. sin duda es una de mas mejores compañías de renta de Autos que he experimentado y no dudaría de nuevo en contar con sus servicios. I did my first reservation at the different location through their official website today, upon arriving they said that they don’t have cars available. Then I made a second reservation on the same day at the different location, the outcome is the same. They accept my money but refused to provide the car, what a terrible customer service. Now I ended up with no car and two paid in full reservations, I need my refunds ASAP!
