Difficult to rent a car. It's complicated. Dealing with people is not trained. The treatment is friendly but it is useless to be friendly if they cannot give you the service that the company should offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend renting a vehicle with Almo that is in the Aguascalientes Mexico airport. This rental place is such a rip off! They will charge you almost double and when you dispute a claim with your bank Almo has proof you signed it was okay for them to charge your card extra. I must admit the staff was extremely kind and treated you with respect while also draining your checking accounts. Again do not recommend renting a car from Almo.
