★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alquilé un auto en Alamo el 19 de noviembre. Se suponía que era un VW Jetta, pero como no tenían ninguno de esos, me dieron un vehículo más grande y caro por el mismo precio. El automóvil que me dieron fue un Nissan Xtrail 2020, tenía todas las comodidades que podría esperar, pero para mí la opción más importante fue el control de crucero. Así que me alegro de que tuviera eso incluido. El personal que me ayudó en el proceso de recogida y devolución fue excelente. tenían claros los costos y no se desviaron de sus políticas solo para obtener una venta. Lo único que noté mal en el auto fue una leve abolladura en la parte trasero derecho y el neumático delantero derecho estaba bastante calvo cuando terminé mi viaje. Recomendaría que lo envíen para hacer el trabajo de carrocería y reemplazar el neumático aparte de esas dos cosas fue una buena experiencia. Gracias Alamo. Hasta la próxima.
I rented a car at Alamo on November 19. It was supposed to be a VW Jetta, but since they didn't have any of those, they gave me a bigger, more expensive vehicle for the same price. The car they gave me was a 2020 Nissan Xtrail, it had all the amenities I could hope for, but for me the most important option was cruise control. So I'm glad he had that included. The staff who assisted me in the pickup and drop-off process were excellent. They were clear on costs and didn't deviate from their policies just to get a sale. The only thing I noticed bad about the car was a slight dent in the rear right and the front right tire was pretty bald when I finished my trip. I would recommend they send it in to do the bodywork and replace the tire other than those two things it was a good experience. Thanks Alamo. Until next time.
