Nous avons marché pendant 2heures pour arriver à l’Heure et nous avons été retenus par l’hôtel ça tellement été long avant qu’il nous laisse passer que le bureau était fermé
Vraiment mauvaise communication avec la sécurité et à alamo. :(
 Located in a hotel
We walked for 2 hours to arrive on time and we were held up by the hotel, it was so long before they let us through that the office was closed.
Really poor communication with security and at alamo. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely a nightmare. Rented a car no one ever showed up there. Said they called the day before they did not. Absolutely the worse customer service. They Didn't really try to get us another car. Planned on having it a week left us high and dry. We had to rent taxi to drive 3 hrs each way. Never use this company.
