La persona que trabaja ai sabe Muy bien estafar ala jente. La persona se llama Melissa, de mi parte jamas volvere a rentar un carro con Ellos son unos estafadores

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de regresar de mi viaje a Queretaro y tengo que decir que todo me fue perfecto gracias a la ayuda de un joven llamado Roberto. Después de andar comparando precios con varios locales de renta de autos Roberto fue el que me encontré el auto ideal para mi y mi esposa.
Roberto fue muy atento y amable después que le explique que buscaba un auto económico en gas a un precio razonable. El me pudo conseguir un SUV mediano al mismo precio que las demás compañías me querían cobrar por un carro compacto. No solamente se aseguró que el carro estuviera en buena condición pero también me ofreció su número de teléfono para que le hablara con cualquier pregunta o consejo mientras visitaba Queretaro. Definitivamente voy a regresar a rentar un auto con Álamo y con Roberto.
I just got back from my trip to Queretaro and I have to say that everything went perfectly for me thanks to the help of a young man named Roberto. After comparing prices with several car rental places, Roberto was the one who found the ideal car for me and my wife.
Roberto was very helpful and friendly after I explained that I was looking for a gas-efficient car at a reasonable price. He was able to get me a midsize SUV for the same price that other companies wanted to charge me for a compact car. Not only did he make sure the car was in good condition but he also offered me his phone number so I could call him with any questions or advice while visiting Queretaro. I will definitely return to rent a car with Álamo and Roberto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great experience renting with Alamo at the Querétaro International Airport. We scheduled our rental/paid in advance and the total was exactly as advertised (+ the standard credit card refundable deposit). The VW Jetta we rented was very nice and had CarPlay which was a nice amenity. Will rent from them again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented car June 2022, had a great experience with no issues. Booked it online 1 week in advance(using the Alamo Mexico website), paid in-full online for a 50% discount.
We arrived and there was no line, they helped us right away. The lady at the desk was nice and helpful, she also spoke english. The facility was clean. They had the exact car we chose online, a VW Jetta, and it was clean. The employee who brought the car out explained all of the damages in detail and encouraged us to take photos and video. We got full coverage insurance and it is definitely worth it! Had no issues when driving or returning the car, we drove almost 1000km. There are several gas stations near the airport to refuel before returning the car. I recommend using Alamo!
To reach their office, walk out of the terminal and turn left to see the rental car area.
