★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio y el personal respondió a todas mi dudas. Asegúrate que marquen todos los daños que la unidad tiene antes que lo aquiles para evitar que se queden con tu depósito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NUNCA alquiler en Alamo en Internet porque no dicen que debamos tomar una conbertura obligatoria !!! Es que son ladrones porque ya pagamos la fianza asi que si no queremos la cobertura debiera que no pagar otra proteccion

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio al cliente!!!El seguro no cubre muchas cosas así que ten mucho cuidado con las condiciones que rentan el auto antes de que te lo lleves sugiero que tomes fotos de cada detalle que tiene para que luego no le saquen defectos al entregarlo, si tiene algún detalle cuando lo entregues te cobran muy caro y se cobran de tu deposito, no te vayan a sacar un susto al final. En mi caso por cuestiones de carretera como a cualquiera le pasa una la llanta le salió una bola y te dicen que la tienes que reponer así que checa cualquier punto de las letras chiquitas, la reposición fue muy cara fuera de lo normal dando la impresión que se arreglan por fuera para que el cliente pague más. Lo peor de todo es la atención de las personas que no están preparadas para atender al cliente y te amenazan diciendo que de buenas y no te estamos cobrando la renta por tener el carro parado. No lo recomiendo para nada.
Very bad customer service !!! Insurance does not cover many things so be very careful with the conditions that rent the car before you take it, I suggest that you take photos of every detail it has so that later they do not remove defects when delivering it , if it has any details when you deliver it, they charge you very expensive and they charge you from your deposit, they will not scare you in the end. In my case, because of road issues, as anybody gets a tire, a ball came out and they tell you that you have to replace it, so check any point of the small letters, the replacement was very expensive out of the ordinary giving the impression that they arrange on the outside so that the client pays more. The worst thing of all is the attention of the people who are not prepared to serve the client and threaten you saying that they are good and we are not charging you the rent for having the car stopped. I do not recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ para que las reservas sean seguras, es mejor utilizar la pagina propia de Alamo. reservar por otras paginas pueda que salga mas barato, pero llegas y no encuentras lo que solicitaste o en tiempo.
