★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend, cars reliable and new, clean, staff super nice, book online on alamo.com.mx for half the price, make sure to select Third Party Insurance as its lawfully required in Mexico, or at the counter it costs twice as much as online and it must be purchased. If your credit card covers CDW then don't get Alamo's CDW coverage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Experience. I was worried about renting a car; but this location made it a breeze. They include all insurances as a package which was better than online pricing. In addition, vehicle was clean and in good shape. Will highly recommend this facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well well... Brandon, one of their associates, he asked if I would like to add an extra vehicle protection to vehicle and I said no, I don't want it. When I returned the vehicle, they charged me the extra protection which one I had said NO. We discussed about the extra charge and they promised to me they would solve the issue in two days and no worries for me.
Mrs. Deborah Sarabia Tapia promised to solve my extra charge(about $90 dollars) by their mistake, but nothing was solved and my card was charged with the extra vehicle protection package. Shame on you guys with lack of respect with your clients!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gas tank was not full, they marked as 7/8 full on my contract. The thing is how am I supposed to fill in 7/8 tank of gas when I return it? What we did is return the car to them with a full tank of gas.
Also picking up cost us like 45 minutes (we only rent the car for one day).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great car for 10 days. Pickup and return went smooth without any inconveniences. Fuel policy was full to full, which is good. Staff was nice and friendly, speak good english. Good location to get started from Zona Hotelera... I can recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salesman is conveying. They sell your experiences that aren't real. The food if any is bad, they say drinks included but they're not & the tours are super rushed. The literally tell us we get 20 mins to take pictures because we have to go. Super super bad service don't recommend
