The most horrible experience with service and product I’ve had in Mexico, ever! Instead of a premium sedan they gave me a wrecked SUV front and back, that was so dirty that I’ve had to take it to a car wash for them to disinfect it with 2 bottles of Lysol since I had a baby and elderly parents traveling. The trunk did not close at all, so the car was open at all times day and night and the hood was vibrating like crazy on the freeway! But the most horrible thing is that I was waiting for that car for about 4 hours and the fact that somehow they had a reservation on my name which I’ve made on Travelocity but they charged me again for the car and this time it was more than $100. In the end I signed to pay $350 for five days but even after that, a bill of $364 came to my card which I’m of course disputing! And the worst of the worst about this company is that they made me loose one of the 5 days of my vacation! Because of them I arrived at 10:30 to the hotel instead of 3pm! Alamo, never again!!! Not for my family nor for my friends nor for the friends of my friends! Because the woman knew that in my reservation the return time was 10:30pm and she didn’t want to stay that late, she told me that the airport was closing at 8:30 (which was obviously not true) she told me to bring the car in the morning instead of the evening and even in the morning she wasn’t there and a worker from different company offered to help me and take that car back for her! Simply a nightmare!!! The guy from enterprise told me that the car was a wreck and that he could have gotten me a much better vehicle, so next time I’ll be trying enterprise.
