★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice la reservación por Internet porque según me hacían un descuento, reserve un cavalier y al llegar a la sucursal la encargada me dijo que ese modelo no lo manejaban, les dije que aceptaba uno similar y me ofrecieron un march, le dije que si me reembolsaria la diferencia ya que no eran la misma gama y en automático me nego cualquier vehículo porque según tenia otras reservas, le pedí una solución y me dijo que cancelara la reservación, dejándome sin vehículo y arruinando todos mis planes, cabe mencionar que eso fue el 30 enero 2022 y aun no se si me reembolsaran completo o que rollo, un servicio pésimo por parte del señor que lava los carros como de la encargada que por cierto llegó tarde y tuve que esperarla ya que mi reserva era a las 7.
 I made the reservation online because according to what they gave me a discount, I booked a cavalier and when I arrived at the branch the manager told me that they did not handle that model, I told them that I accepted a similar one and they offered me a march, I told him that if he would refund me the difference since they were not the same range and automatically he denied me any vehicle because as I had other reservations, I asked him for a solution and he told me to cancel the reservation, leaving me without a vehicle and ruining all my plans, it is worth mentioning that that was on the 30th January 2022 and I still don't know if they reimbursed me in full or what a bummer, lousy service from the man who washes the cars as well as from the manager who, by the way, arrived late and I had to wait for her since my reservation was at 7.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They gave us a car that kept displaying “check your engine and oil levels” and also “airbag not working”.... plus it stank like cigarettes so bad that we had to do our 6 hour-trip (it was winter) with our windows open. Plus, they delayed 2 hours the delivery due to a mistake on their part - which affected our trip considerably. The price is expensive if you consider the bad service. We tried to make a report on the delivery point and they made us write in a piece of paper (more like a “complaint”) and when I ask for the incident/report number the lady told us that it basically wasn’t an official report... so there’s no real record of anything. We rent cars quite often, never had so many negative things happen with one company. Strongly recommend not to go here.
