★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice place to have a party. There's a pool, refrigeration, BBQ, sink, bathrooms, sound system, etc. Everything you need. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the pool is not heated. You can only stay in there for about 5 minutes because it's so cold.
