El auto estaba lleno de golpes y rayones en toda l parte visible, sin embargo lo regresamos con un rayón en la facia delantera ocasionada por típico muro de estacionamiento del Oxxo. Por esto me hicieron un cobro adicional de $600...
Pésimo servicio, si no quieren salir robados, eviten este lugar!
The car is delivered to you with half a tank, so it is difficult to deliver it with the same amount and you end up giving away gasoline.
The car was full of bumps and scratches in all visible part, however we returned it with a scratch on the front face caused by a typical Oxxo parking wall. For this they made me an additional charge of $ 600 ...
Terrible service, if you don't want to get robbed, avoid this place!

La atención a cliente es excelente, la señorita de la recepción es siempre muy amable y te explica todo con mucha paciencia.
Los modelos de los vehículos no son muy recientes pero están en buen estado, sin duda los recomiendo.

The customer service is excellent, the lady at the reception is always very friendly and explains everything with great patience.
The models of the vehicles are not very recent but they are in good condition, I definitely recommend them.

Personnel très sympathique ? ne parlent pas français.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alas was 1 block away from my condo. I reserved a car online at 9am and picked it up at 10am. The car was clean and in good condition. The rental rates are very fair. 612 pesos for the car I rented which included insurance. No hassles or overcharges upon return. They are very friendly, but don't speak English. I will rent from them every time I need a car in Mexico City.
