★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not made it a practice to write reviews, but for this trip to Mexico I decided I was going to because of the great customer service we received. In my line of work customer service is #1 so it is appreciated when received.
During our trip to Mexico I was not feeling well prior to boarding. The short version is the Captain had the final say as to if I could board or not. He decided based on how I was feeling he would not let me board the plane. He felt it would be best for me to rest and attempt the flight the next day.
Alaska Airlines put us up in a good hotel (I was a little fearful), provided shuttle to hotel and back to the airport, provided meals vouchers and flew us home first class. They made sure we were comfortable and checked to make sure I was ok.
Thank you Alaska!!!
