Además de atender virtualmente, si acudes de manera presencial te sentirás cómod@ y segur@ en sus instalaciones super bien ubicadas en la zona norte/centro de la CDMX. Son una gran alternativa definitivamente y 100% recomendable.
At Alba Psychology you can find excellent mental health professionals who can help you with therapy in any process throughout your life. Both my husband and I have been patients for a long time and it has been the best option we could find. In addition to attending virtually, if you go in person you will feel comfortable and safe in its facilities, which are super well located in the north/central zone of CDMX. They are definitely a great alternative and 100% recommended.
