★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De la fregada su servicio... Literal como te ven te tratan, sin embargo la empleaducha que nos negó el servicio dejaba mucho que desear su apariencia, he visto señoras de la limpieza con mejor presentación que ésta ladina mamona que nos tocó
Le pedí me mostrara un vestido y al parecer se molestó que la interrumpí en su plática, colgó su jeta y sin volter a verme me dijo el precio del vestido a lo que yo le contesté que me disculpara pero no le había preguntado por el precio sino que le pedí que me permitiera ver la prenda primero, pero al parecer asumió que no podíamos pagarlo y antes de molestarse en sacarlo prefirió "ahuyentarnos" diciendonos el precio... Qué mal porque la verdad el vestido sí fué de nuestro agrado pero debido a la tipa está preferí no dejar ahí mi dinero, que igual y no le pierden nada con mi compra pero bueno...

Too bad because the truth the dress was to our liking but because of the tipa is preferred not to leave my money there, that the same and do not lose anything with my purchase but hey ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando llegué a esta tienda el trato no fue el mejor , tienen cierta prepotencia y fue lo mismo en las dos tiendas que visite , piensan que no podemos costear los artículos solo por la apariencia. Son bonitos algunos de los vestidos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y atención a clientes. Arruinaron mi vestido de novia, pero como al final si lo use pues no quisieron ofrecer ninguna solución. Era un vestido bellísimo y para arreglarlo se tardaron más de dos meses después de la fecha de la boda... La peor inversión de mi vida, no les confíen momentos tan importantes a gente tan poco profesional y carente de ética. Siempre mostraron la peor y más grosera de las actitudes, no merece la pena.
Terrible service and customer service. They ruined my wedding dress, but as in the end if I used it they didn't want to offer any solution. It was a beautiful dress and to fix it took more than two months after the wedding date ... The worst investment of my life, do not entrust such important moments to people so unprofessional and lacking in ethics. They always showed the worst and rudest of attitudes, not worth it.

I loved a dress only that the service is terrible from the lady in charge since she discriminated against me by commenting that the price is out of my reach, a shame because the clothes are very nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los vestidos están bonitos pero la atención y en especial el servicio de sastrería es pésimo, así que si les gusta un vestido mejor no le hagan ajustes de tirante o largo ahí.
The dresses are beautiful but the attention and especially the tailoring service is terrible, so if you like a better dress, do not make strap or length adjustments there.
