Primero me dijo que sí tenía la llanta y me dijo que acudiera a una sucursal donde ella estaba, porque ahí la tenían. Fuimos a la sucursal y resulta que no estaba abierta, vuelvo a llamar y me dice que se equivocó, que realmente estaba en otra sucursal. Reviso en internet el modelo que me dió de existencia y pareciera que en ese modelo no hacen esas medidas, así que vuelvo a llamar y me confirma que se había equivocado, para entonces ya estábamos en la otra sucursal. En la sucursal donde ella estaba, nos dicen que no la tienen, pero que la pueden conseguir, aunque a un precio mayor que el que nos había dado por teléfono, que ya de por sí era mucho más alto que Costco y Walmart. Pura pérdida de tiempo... The person who answers the phone has no clarity of information. G	Gabriel Hinojosa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo , todo al revés , en cambio de aceite , primero le sacan el aceite luego te dicen el precio con la única marca que tienen, Rajoy ,pero más caro que el Castrol o alguna reconocida , luego te cobran más caro del precio que te habían dado por qué fueron mas litros , pero no especifican cuantos te habían cotizado y luego un contrato a firmar de Profeco ...el Mecanico muy amable, pero el vendedor / facturista mal... no regresaré. Terrible, all the other way around, instead of oil change, first they take out the oil then they tell you the price with the only brand they have, Rajoy, but more expensive than the Castrol or a recognized one, then they charge you more expensive than the price they had given why they were more liters, but they do not specify how many they had quoted you and then a contract to sign from Profeco ... the Mechanic was very friendly, but the seller / invoice maker was wrong ... I will not return.

Además de que fue muy rápido. No dudaría en regresar ahí para el próximo servicio. From the receptionist to the mechanic, the attention was always very cordial and friendly. Quise cotizar unos servicios y no me quisieron dar precio ya que la persona que me atendió me dijo que “seguramente eso no le hacía falta a mi auto” de forma cortante. Terrible customer service on the phone. I wanted to quote some services and they did not want to give me a price since the person who attended me told me that "surely my car did not need that" in a curt way.
