Un día compre llantas en Continental y se les olvido apretar las tuercas cuando me lo entregaron, se me salieron las dos delanteras en los cubos av vallarta, reclame y se les quito lo amable, Al Albarran, excelente. Fui sólo por un cambio de aceite ($299, promoción válida los días martes) y tardé más de 2 horas en pasar. La atención recibida fue muy buena y cordial, pero creo que deben haber más trabajadores porque no se dan abasto con tanto carro que les llega; ni qué decir de las llamadas contestadas por parte de recepción, en todo el tiempo que estuve ahí fácilmente respondieron 20 llamadas. Además de eso, hay 10 plataformas en el lugar y tan sólo utilizan 2, incluso 3 para trabajar. Tal vez me estoy viendo muy exagerado, pero ésa fue mi experiencia y mi punto de vista personal. I don't usually put 1 star but I feel they deserve it. I only went for an oil change ($ 299, promotion valid on Tuesdays) and it took more than 2 hours to pass. The attention received was very good and cordial, but I think there must be more workers because they cannot cope with so much car that arrives; Needless to say, the calls answered by reception, in all the time I was there, 20 calls were easily answered. On top of that, there are 10 platforms in place and they only use 2, even 3 to work. Maybe I'm looking very exaggerated, but that was my experience and my personal point of view.
