Order 2 tires, pay for 4! Surprise double charge. After a quick investigation into a manilla folder, denials and no recourse. So much for helping a local business. Should have just continued on to the local Costco.

Fast and affordable service! The accept all major credit cards. They have an air conditioned waiting area you can use while your car is being worked on. There's also a TV you can watch. Bathrooms are also available. They have complementary coffee and tea. Nice place.

I am an American living in Mexico for the winter months. It's important to have a place I can trust to work on my car. Albarran in Puerto Vallarta gave honest service. I had taken the car to another repair place and they told me something needed to be repaired. When I went to Albarran I found out that my car did not need that repair. The service people at Albarran checked the car over completely and only recommended the service/repairs that the car needed and the cost was reasonable. They did not ty to sell me anything I didn't need. They sent me an estimate before beginning the repairs, they included pictures of the work to be performed, they returned all of the used / replaced parts to me, they did not overcharge, and they completed the work in a very reasonable time. I feel comfortable leaving my car with them for the one or two days it takes for the service to be done. They have shown on multiple occasions that they are interested in my return business - and now they have it. I highly recommend this auto repair facility.
