★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente, llegue a pedir precio de amortiguadores, Balatas y filtros, tristemente el trato fue muy apático, al parecer 2 de las personas en mostrador eran dueños y un empleado, de igual forma me dio los precios con unas ganas de no comprarle, NEFASTO. Que triste que no tengan una atención más amable es todo, si bien mucha de las personas aquí en Toluca son así, creo que se puede mejorar.
Terrible customer service, I came to ask for the price of shock absorbers, Balatas and filters, sadly the treatment was very apathetic, apparently 2 of the people at the counter were owners and an employee, in the same way he gave me the prices with a desire not to buy from him NEPHAST. How sad that they do not have a more friendly attention is everything, although many of the people here in Toluca are like that, I think it can be improved.
