El servicio deficiente, muy caro y poco profesionales, fui a que hicieran alineación y balanceo, recogí mi auto y a medio camino se detuvo por sobrecalentamiento, cuando abrí el cofre vi sorpresa, es que el deposito del anticongelante estaba abierto por lo que se derramó todo y se daño el motor, reclame y dijo que era un error humano. Me dijeron que lo llevara para cambiar el anticongelante, cosa que no hicieron y dejaron el nivel mínimo diciendo que era el correcto por supuesto se sobrecalento y al reclamar me dijeron que no era asunto suyo, pero bien que me cobraron. Si en verdad quieren su auto y lo CUIDAN NUNCA LO LLEVEN AHÍ SON NEFASTOS..... In a word it is an ASCO !!! Poor service, very expensive and unprofessional, I went to make them align and balance, I picked up my car and halfway stopped due to overheating, when I opened the hood I saw surprise, is that the antifreeze tank was open so everything spilled and the engine was damaged, claim and said it was human error. They told me to take it to change the antifreeze, which they did not do and they left the minimum level saying that it was the correct one, of course, it overheated and when they complained they told me that it was not their business, but they charged me. If they really want their car and they CARE it NEVER TAKE IT THERE ARE NEPHASTS .....

El viernes pasado compré 4 llantas en Soriana con montaje "gratis" en Albarrán, sin embargo al acudir me dijeron que eran 150 por llanta con alineación y balanceo mencionando que lo podían hacer de inmediato, al negarme y querer hacer válida la "promoción" únicamente del montaje, me dijeron que me podían atender hasta el martes. Soy su cliente desde hace años... espero mejoren su atención, nunca había tenido un inconveniente de ése tipo. Free assembly is just a hook! Last Friday I bought 4 tires in Soriana with mounting "free" in Albarrán, however when I went they told me that there were 150 per tire with alignment and balance, mentioning that they could do it immediately, by refusing and wanting to make the "promotion" valid only of the assembly, they told me that they could attend me until Tuesday. I have been your client for years ... I hope you improve your attention, I have never had a problem of that type.

R	Raymundo Cruz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio mecánicamente hablando, no tienen gente capacitada para trabajar como mecánicos. Como llantera, entiendo es otra cosa... En mi caso fui a que me cambiaran un radiador, y dañaron mucho más de lo que arreglaron. Mangueras perforadas, mangueras de aire sueltas, etc.… en fin pague 4X lo que tenía que haber parado por una reparación. ¡¡¡NO REGRESO!!! Terrible service mechanically speaking, they do not have people trained to work as mechanics. As a tire shop, I understand it's something else... In my case I went to have a radiator replaced, and they damaged much more than they fixed. Punctured hoses, loose air hoses, etc… in short, I paid 4X what I had to pay for a repair. I DO NOT RETURN!!!
