★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hijo está encantado con el trato que le han dado y yo veo su felicidad, emoción y el como confía en las instrucciones que le da la instructora, no dudo que tengan sus deficiencias pero de momento todo va bien, la alberca bastante limpia, personalmente quisiera tener más confianza cuando veo a mi hijo entrar solito a las regaderas y vestidores pero espero que con el tiempo me acostumbre
 My son is delighted with the treatment they have given him and I see his happiness, excitement and how he trusts the instructions given by the instructor, I do not doubt that they have their deficiencies but at the moment everything is going well, the pool is quite clean, personally I would like to have more confidence when I see my son enter the showers and changing rooms by himself but I hope that in time I will get used to it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me gustó la experiencia, los instructores pareciera que no están capacitados para estar con niños les cuesta mucho atender las necesidades de los mismos.
I did not like the experience, the instructors seem to be not trained to be with children and it is very difficult for them to attend to their needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instalaciones deterioradas no funciona la caldera los usuarios nadan con agua fría no funcionan los extractores de aire por lo que el olor a cloro es evidente. No por que las cuotas son bajas se debe de menospreciar a los usuarios.
Deteriorated installations the boiler does not work the users swim with cold water the air extractors do not work so the smell of chlorine is evident. Not because the quotas are low, users should be underestimated.

Lleve a inscribir a mi hijo y la Doctora fue muy descortes y en falta a su ética profesional no reviso al niño por que ella dice que ahi no aceptan niños con necesidades especiales lo miro con asco no quiso ni tocar al niño y la coordinadora de natación me quito los documentos y ficha la doctora hablaba muy mal refiriendoce a mi hijo es mucha falta de profesionalismo dudo sea doctora las personas que atienden la puerta y te reciben al verme salir llorando argumentaron que la doctora es grosera y descrimina siempre a las personas
