★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cuenta con gym el personal es muy atento los instructores son excelentes y con muy buen trato, el horario por la mañana es de 6am y la ultima clase es a las 10am por la tarde es de 2pm a 9pm cada clase dura una hora puedes pagar por mes o por visita, el costo por visita es de 31 pesos (información actualizada hasta el 30 de octubre del 2019) las horas menos recomendables para acudir son de 4pm a 8pm esta en exceso lleno ya que muchos estudiantes que pertenecen a equipos de natación y se preparan para competir acuden en esos horarios, en general esta excelente por que es muy grande la alberca solo tienes que encontrar la temporada y horario que tu consideres que puedes adaptarte a pesar de que se pueda llegar a llenar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abre de 6:00am a 12:00pm y nuevamente de 2:00pm a 9:00pm, las horas cercanas a la apertura y cierre no suelen ser muy concurridas ya que no hay clases a esas horas. En ocasiones el agua está ligeramente sucia por las tardes.
Las personas que acuden son de todas las edades y en general se fomenta un ambiente amable, incluso con los entrenadores particulares.
