Fui a comprar un suavizante, no recordaba bien el nombre del químico que buscaba, me ofrecieron uno y acepté pero dije que pensaba que ese no era el que buscaba, que si se podía devolver o cambiar y me dijeron que sí. Otro día volví a cambiarlo ya con el nombre del que necesitaba pero ese valía mucho más caro y era bajo pedido, solicité mejor devolución y dijeron que NO se podía, puro cambio, por no discutir lo cambié por una red (del mismo precio) pero luego la señora me dijo que el precio que me dio de la red era MAS IVA, así que elegí una red más pequeña. Me paso dos correos para solicitar la factura pero nunca hubo respuesta. THEY NEVER SENT THE INVOICE OR ANSWER THE MAILS. Another day I changed it again with the name of the one I needed but that was worth much more expensive and was on request, I requested a better return and they said that it could NOT be, pure change, for not discussing I changed it for a network (of the same price) but Then the lady told me that the price she gave me for the network was PLUS VAT, so I chose a smaller network. He sent me two emails to request the invoice but there was never a response.
