★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, muy tardado en tener la comida estando el restaurant vacío, actitud amargada de la mesera sirviendo los platos casi tirandolos en la mesa, los aires acondicionados apagados. Una monserga de servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente sabor de la comida. Servicio nulo, si necesitas algo va ser poco probable que te lo lleven, además muy tardado ya los meseros están ocupado platicando y ven de mal gusto que los interrumpas. De higiene menor no hablamos.
Excellent taste of food. No service, if you need something it will be unlikely that they will take it to you, also very late and the waiters are busy talking and it is in bad taste that you interrupt them. We are not talking about minor hygiene.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crucé media ciudad para llegar con la esperanza de comer bien, cuando llegamos estaba una trabajadora hablando por teléfono afuera. Entramos, no había nadie, tocamos el timbre. Salió otra trabajadora con unas botellas de plástico en las manos, nos vio, nos ignoró. Nos sentamos. Nadie salió y por supuesto que nos paramos y nos fuimos. La que estaba hablando por teléfono seguía ahí afuera hablando, se dio cuenta y se metió al restaurante al irnos... Ya le había dado una segunda oportunidad a Alberto's porque servían rica comida pero nada me hará regresar ni recomendarlos.
I crossed half the city to get there hoping to eat well, when we arrived there was a worker talking on the phone outside. We went in, no one was there, we rang the bell. Another worker came out with some plastic bottles in her hands, she saw us, she ignored us. We sit. No one came out and of course we got up and left. The one on the phone was still out there talking, she found out and went into the restaurant as we left... I had already given Alberto's a second chance because they served great food but nothing will make me come back or recommend them.
