Fuimos para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi mamá y vimos que había promociones para personas que festejaban su cumpleaños. Tristemente el Gerente y su equipo no quisieron validar la hora extra de la promoción y prefirieron discutir por 20 minutos con nosotros (nuestra hora de boliche ya estaba corriendo en este momento), hasta un punto que “seguridad” estaba cerca de la mesa por el tono de voz y actitud del gerente.... muy desagradable. Preferimos ya no perder el tiempo discutiendo con el gerente y preferimos terminar los 40 minutos que nos quedaba de jugar boliche. Recuerdo que los sábados en Alboa no podía uno conseguir mesa de tan lleno que se ponía... hoy en vacío encuentras el boliche... coincidencia ??? Bajo el riesgo de cualquier cliente que quiera pasar un “tiempo agradable” ... Terrible experience that I and my family had on May 5 in Alboa Cuernavaca with its workers and manager. Los precios son demasiado caros, en ese sentido no diferencian lo q es el área de boliche y lo q es su área de bar/restaurante. Quieren pretender ser un restaurante lujoso cuando tampoco es ese el concepto. $620 la hora de boliche es exagerado. Sólo tienen cereza Tecate, ni en el lugar más simple había visto que solo manejaran una opción de cerveza y además caras. Los alimentos están bien, pero son platos comunes como nachos, alitas y papas, nada excepcional. Volvería sólo por muchas ganas de jugar, ya que me parece q es el único boliche en Cuernavaca y creo que de ahí parte el encajarse con los costos.
